Terms of Use

Before publishing: replace [LICENCE NUMBER] and [REGISTERED ADDRESS] with the details on the Meydan Free Zone licence, and have a lawyer review this. It is written to describe accurately what the platform does and does not do, but it is not legal advice.
1. Who provides this service
pakistanagriexporters.com is owned by Siddiqui Farms, a sole establishment registered in Islamabad, Pakistan, of [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
The platform is managed by MENA Associates & Partners LLC FZ, a free zone company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under a marketplace licence (licence no. [LICENCE NUMBER]). That licence is what permits the operation of an online marketplace. It is not a licence to give legal advice, to act as a broker or agent in any transaction, or to collect debts on your behalf in any jurisdiction — and nothing on this site should be read as any of those things.
It is developed by Proxymedia, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms “we” and “us” mean these organisations together.
By using the site or registering an account you agree to these terms.
2. What this service is — and what it is not
We publish a directory and relay introductions. That is all.
- We do not buy, sell, ship, store or take title to any goods.
- We take no commission on any trade. Our only revenue is membership and optional advertising placements.
- We are not a party to any contract, negotiation, quotation or shipment between a buyer and a supplier.
- We are not a broker, agent, freight forwarder, customs agent or trade financier, and we do not act for either side in a transaction.
- We do not give legal, tax, customs, financial or investment advice.
Any contract you enter with another user is between you and that user alone. You are responsible for your own diligence, contract terms, payment terms and insurance.
3. Verification — what a badge means
Our Verification Standard forms part of these terms and sets out exactly what we check.
Verification confirms documents. It does not guarantee outcomes. A badge is not a statement that a company is solvent, will perform a contract, will meet a delivery date, produces goods of any particular quality, or will deal fairly with you.
We check what we say we check, on the date shown. We do not warrant that a verified member will not fail, and reliance on a badge does not transfer commercial risk to us.
Listings marked unclaimed are created from public registers. Such a listing asserts only that the company appeared in the register named on it, on the date shown. It is not evidence that the company is currently trading, and it carries no badge.
4. Membership

If you do not wish to continue, your listing reverts to name, category and city and nothing is charged. We will not take a payment from anyone who has not actively agreed to one. |

4.1 If your membership lapses
If payment fails we will notify you and allow a grace period of approximately seven days. Your verification badge and market-access information are withdrawn immediately when payment becomes overdue, because they are statements about a member in good standing.
If the membership then lapses, your listing is delisted: products, contact details and profile are withdrawn, and the listing reverts to name, category and city only. We do not delete your data. Your products, certificates and history are retained so that you can reactivate in one step. Certificates are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Notice once a membership fully ends.
5. Buyers
Buyer registration is free and remains free. Buyers must satisfy the verification requirements in the Verification Standard.
Your contact details are never disclosed to suppliers without your action. A requirement you post publishes without your company name. Suppliers respond through the platform. You choose which suppliers, if any, receive your details.
You must not post a requirement you do not intend to fulfil, misrepresent your identity or purchasing authority, or use the platform to obtain goods on credit terms you do not intend to honour. Doing so ends your access and is recorded in our published enforcement log.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- submit forged, altered or borrowed documents, or a certificate issued to another company
- upload photographs you do not have the right to use, including stock or competitor imagery
- misrepresent your certifications, market access, capacity or export history
- claim a company you are not authorised to represent
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract listings, buyer requirements or contact details
- use the platform to send unsolicited marketing to other users
- attempt to identify a buyer who has not chosen to reveal themselves
- interfere with the security or operation of the site
7. Responses to requirements
You may respond only to requirements matching the HS codes of your listed products, and not where your market access for that product group and destination is marked not cleared. A fair-use limit applies to prevent abuse.
Requirement quality guarantee. If you respond to a requirement that we determine to be fraudulent or unreachable, the response is returned to your account, the buyer is removed, and the removal is recorded in our enforcement log. Tell us at noreply@pakistanagriexporters.com.
8. Payment
Memberships are sold and invoiced by Siddiqui Farms. Local payments are made in Pakistani Rupees; international payments may be collected in another currency through a payment account operated by Proxymedia on our behalf, acting solely as our collection agent.
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.
Refunds: membership fees are non-refundable once a period has begun, except where required by law or where we remove your listing for a reason that is our fault. Where we owe you a remedy we will normally provide it as account credit or an extension of your membership period.
9. Removal and suspension
We may suspend or remove a listing or account, without refund, where a user breaches these terms — in particular for forged documents, a certificate number found on another company's listing, misrepresented market access, borrowed imagery after warning, or fraudulent requirements.
Removals are recorded in our public enforcement log with a reason. We consider this necessary: a directory that never removes anyone is not verifying anything. If you believe a removal is wrong, write to us and we will re-examine it.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a licence to display it on the platform and in search results for as long as your listing is live, and to retain it as described in the Privacy Notice. You confirm you have the right to provide it.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you and offer a pro-rata credit.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users, including non-payment, non-delivery, quality disputes, customs rejection, detention, or fraud by another user.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost contracts, or loss of goodwill.
- Where we are found liable to you for any reason, our total liability is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify registered users by email before it takes effect. The version and date are shown at the top of this page, and previous versions remain available on request.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory rights you hold as a consumer or data subject under the law of your own country.
